  • These potholes at the junction of Pickhurst and The Avenue do not need to be investigated, they need to be fixed. The holes have been worsening for weeks, cannot be avoided as they spread the width of the road, are dangerous to cyclists and damaging to cars.

  • The order for this repair has been raised with the Council's contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works.

Posted by Bromley Council at 11:18, Friday 31 March 2023

  • We need a schedule for repairs to the roadway. It is not enough that you state the order has been raised.

  • A absolute joke of a service you and your contractor are providing. Seriously. When will these works happen please? Some clarity on WHEN this will be done rather than the formulaic responses that we’re being fed would be appreciated.

  • Thank you for your further comments regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.
