Massive pothole around drain

Huge pothole around drain in high Street. The whole highstreet needs resurfacing as there are numerous bad defects and I caught a guy digging up a perfectly good drain the other day as he had badly repaired the hole the other side of the road and he would not accept he was repairing the wrong bit!
