Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4325280.
As the road surface in this road has now broken down it will need constant monitoring and sweeping at least weekly the loose tarmac has covered most of the yellow line and the stones are constantly flying up on to the pavement and our gardens which is a danger to the public a sweeper did come down the road monday but it is back worse now thank you

I have just taken these latest photos. I asked the council worker who swept the stones up before re-lining and he said the whole of the road surface had gone, looked like it had been scrapped off. This causes the stones to fly up off and land on the pavement and in our gardens! Within no more than two days the yellow line disappears again under the stones each time they are cleared. My dog has two cuts in his paw pads caused by the stones on pavement. Is the council insured if a person or pet gets hit in the eye by one of the stones. These small stones sting when they hit your face. I recently saw a driver speeding down the road, a delivery van was coming out of a driveway and the driver of the car had to stop on the first bend. It took him the distance covered by two bungalows to stop! He went skidding along, stones from the road falling like heavy rain! Old Tye Avenue is no longer a little side road with two schools, it is more like a motor circuit. If the road can not be resurfaced for a while then signs saying "Slow, loose chippings" should be placed at either end, please.

Thank you for sending the road sweeper out. He drove up and down the road removing most of the stones. Some obviously ended up on the pavement but hat can't be helped until the road is resurfaced and a stronger surface applied due to the amount of traffic Old Tye now takes 7 days a week. Unfortunately your bright new yellow line has disappeared under the mud and black powder from the stones, perhaps heavy rain will wash it off. I would like to think that this issue has been resolved but from experience the stones will be back in 2-3 days time. We will keep you informed.

Good morning, just taken these photos which show the stones are back. The yellow line reappeared after some heavy rain but has now mainly disappeared under the loose stones. I have a very sore eye after being hit by one of these numerous stones. This road is busy seven days a week with the majority of traffic using it to get to Charles Darwin and the squash club and during the week rush our traffic morning and evening cutting out the traffic lights on the main road. What will it take for something to be done about this road?

The road surface is disintegrating - I have been hit numerous times when walking by stones thrown up by cars driving by on this road. Yet again another road in Biggin Hill that has been left to deteriorate and is dangerous.

How can you report that the issues with Old Tye Avenue have been FIXED when nothing has happened!! I have just been out to see whether whilst I was in the back garden a road sweeper or something had gone down the road but no, nothing. My eye is still sore I am still having to put antibiotic ointment into it. Maybe I should consult a solicitor as the dangerous state of this road has been repeatedly reported to the council and nothing is boing done.
