More potholes after so called repairs

The original pothole I reported outside 24 Manor Road is still there and deeper, close up photo. The replaced pavement stops before the actual original hole. Photos taken looking downhill, can't really see them but so dangerous. Other holes appeared outside 22, long shot photo to show both locations. The original hole is very dangerous as you can't see it going downhill when it is dry and the wheel of my mobility walker goes into it pitching me forward and falling. Please fix these holes!
