Tree branches across pavement

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4324237.

The pavement is becoming impassable for pedestrians here, because of the overhanging branches. Unless you're under 5ft tall and don't need to duck! But seriously, it's a problem, especially at night.
