Horses

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4323754.

Horses (fowls) are being kept on this land despite notices saying they aren’t permitted and the council has powers to have them removed under the Control of Horses (Wales) Act 2014.

The fencing has been broken into to gain access.
