Investigating
A willow tree is growing alongside the footpath just downhill from the entrance to the car park of Freshford Memorial Hall. It is on land owned by B&NES

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4323119.
The willow tree has for many months leaned more and more over the public footpath to the point where anybody other than a small child must bend and move to one side to avoid hitting their head. One day it will fall, hopefully without anyone passing beneath. It is growing in the verge between the footpath and Highway so is not in private land.

Hi, my name's Elli Bate - I'm a member of the Freshford Parish Council - we would like to request that this tree is NOT felled but instead other options might be explored first. For example it may be possible to prop the tree to prevent it leaning further across the path or falling. It would be great to speak to someone in your team if that's possible- 07870313726, ellicocobate@gmail.com. Thanks very much
