Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4323097.

Only last week I reported the problems caused by TW & their continued extended roadworks with 4 way temp lights at this point. When I sent this report they had finally completed the work. However THEY ARE BACK again with 4 way temp lights digging exactly the SAME hole back up again. Due to be completed by the 20th (fat chance of that). Why does RBC allow them to get away with it? Surely they should impose massive financial penalties against TW, or better still, do not grant permission to them. It certainly does not look like emergency work like a burst main.
