Deep trench where gutter should be

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4322224.

Very deep and dangerous trench on the inside of the bend. Put half a wheel over it and down you go with no coming out. It's at the exact point where you need that space if someone is coming the other way.
