Dear OCC,

There has been 3 bollards on the public parking area since Satuday 4th March on Old London Road Wheatley. The area is between the triangle care home and Bisco Court. It happened before (a couple of months ago? Sorry l can't remember exact time) therefore, l reported. By the time it get through a department in OCC they disappeared. It's the public parking area unless OCC has been permitted it shouldn't be used as private. I would be grateful if you let me know if it's done by OCC or not.
