The bags still remain. Please can you remove them as they are in a public road taking up a parking space and also making it difficult for cars to turn around as they are posing a hazard as cannot be seen whilst reversing as they are lower than eyeline.

Please can you address this issue as it still remains. I've seen two cars get stuck whilst turning due to these bags.

The bags of sand still remain. I reported this well over a month ago, I would have thought it would be addressed by now.

There is a licence in place for this. Also where the sand placed it’s not a parking space.

If anyone has any issue with this please speak to number 15 of Croxley close owner. Thank you. This bag of sand in use, also this helps for people actually to use the car spaces on the top of the road. As if people park on the two edges no one able to get in or out specially vans. Thank you. Ben

I have seen vehicles from number 15 parked there on occasion so it is a parking space. I have also never seen anyone not able to get there vehicle out of the road. When I spoke to LBB about this previously they said there wasn't a license but one may have been applied for since. Either way, it is a public road so it doesn't seem logical or fair for building materials to be left on it for months on end so that one household can have a slightly easier task for navigating their vehicle on and off their driveway when every other vehicle manages without this allowance. Given that myself (and other neighbours) and number 15 seem to have juxtaposing opinions on this, I will not be speaking with owner directly. I will leave for LBB to address. Obviously, having a license would mean this is currently allowed but please also consider neighbours when constantly having materials taking up this shared space and please ensure that this disruption does not last as long as the previous bags did.

Just checked license list. No license shown which means any license either expired or was applied for in retrospect as materials are not allowed to be placed without license being in place beforehand. Only other option is LBB not adding license to list. Given the date this was first reported, there seems to be an error somewhere. Hope this is dealt with swiftly to remove any confusion or potential problem. I don't wish to have tension, I just want equal access to the road for all homes.

There are several car parking space down the road. Park there, it’s easy. Thanks

Everyone has equal rights to every space in the road, up or down. It's easy, it's common sense. Thanks

This problem wasn't a duplicate. It was two separate incidents where the person responsible repeated the problem. However, they have now moved the bags of sand and a car from the household is parked in the parking space.
