Hi it’s the problem with the car parks without tax someone make trade parking for Vehicles Prepared for sale,blocking all space for community life here. Problem starts two years ago we tried to report that to dvla and Cuncil But no respond

I see the problem there. Anytime I try to visit my relatives there is no space where I can left my car. Shouldn't trade people pay for secured car park for the vehicles that they trade?
