Large pothole on roundabout, has been here for a number of weeks

I ran over this pot hole yesterday and it caused a loud bang. I could not see any damage but my car goes in for an MOT tomorrow 17th March and should any damage be found which is associated with the front nearside wheel and suspension I WILL HOLD THE COUNCIL RESPONSIBLE.
