Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4314750.

Coming from Barry onto Roundabout. The traffic lights on Culverhouse Roundabout stayed on Red for around 4 cycles whilst the Ely traffic stayed on Green. I presume this is for traffic easing but this time delay is far too long.
