Bin men dump excess Rubbish outside bin area containing rotten food human waste etc Right under my house window we have major rat infestation in this building pest control have put traps down. Disgusting Glasgow city Council workers leave this mess for someone else to clean up. Especially the bin is empty common sense put back into bin or take away don't just leave this for rats to burst open environment health problem.
