I live in SE20, during the storms on Sunday/Monday (12-13.03), the wind has blown down my garden fence, which backs onto Penge Recreation ground. My garden and home are now exposed to the public, which presents a security risk. The fence is the property of Bromley council therefore I am asking that you fix this at your earliest opportunity.
