Problematic hot spot. Been happening for years. Request for street bin denied (Managers note a) no-one waiting at the bus stop will cross busy Dumbarton Rd to use the two bins opposite b) those two bins are constantly full anyway - as they are currently.) Solution for 2023 please, thanks.
