Dangerous trip hazard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4308031.

The pavement has deep hole & debris left. Such a mess a trip hazard. No replacement tree either can’t believe it can be left like this !

Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

  • It has now been 40 days since the contractor was asked to deal with this uneven pavement and replace the tree. I understood that you aimed to deal with such matters within 35 days. Is there any update available on this matter please?

  • Thank you for your comments, a replacement is on the planting schedule 2023/24 in hand to be planted next year. The enquiry has been referred to HW's so the barrier can be removed.
