Public bins broken and overflowing
Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4305843.
The bus-stop in front of the church, and also around the corner in St John's Road there are two public bins which are well used, being close to schools, a church, and a bus-stop. The bins are often broken off from their attachments, (so the lid is off) and litter is all over the floor. Could these bins please be replaced with larger or more secure designs please? Or at least the current ones properly secured and emptied more often? Thanks
