Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4302455.

Recycling plastic orange bags may be attacked by stray animals and blown around by any strong winds if not taken away. Or could you please ask radio Leicester to appeal to residents to secure their recycling until next collection date?
