Boards on every tree and Telegraph pole

Reported via Android in the Flyposting category anonymously at 18:18, Saturday 11 March 2023

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4302152.

There is a company working doing patios, fencing etc. They live in the area. But have posted their company absolutely everywhere in Ty Mawr Road and Quarry Dale. Their boards for Marshalls are on every tree and Telegraph pole in the area. They have nailed them to trees in New Road, which have since been removed,by the Council.

It's an absolute eye sore and seriously think these companies should be fined for doing this. I once pulled one off in my street with my bare hands off the pole outside my house. They don't ask permission to do it and shouldn't be allowed. Ty Mawr Road looks awful.

Please can they all be removed? Many thanks On behalf of the Residents of Rumney

  • These seem to be targeting areas around this part of cardiff

  • They said in a video on Rumney news that they were putting them up outside the houses, that they will be doing driveways for. However I don't think they are doing the whole of Ty Mawr Road and The Quarry Park which is where they have put them. They put two on a house in Wentloog. Talk about overkill. They are awful.
