No entry sign blocked and road marking faded

Reported via desktop in the Sign Missing/Damaged category anonymously at 14:42, Saturday 11 March 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4301550.

I have seen, on 2 separate occasions, cars coming from Bromley Road going straight over at the traffic lights to Church Avenue. It is a no entry. The lettering on the street is faded and the no entry sign blocked by traffic lights. The worrying part is that when it's green for traffic from that direction it is also green for pedestrians to cross Church Ave. It was only luck that no one was crossing.
