At bus stop t St Marks church Westmoreland Rd there is a gully blocked as per photo today (note gully does not seem registered on your inventory). I have previously reported this approx 2 months ago and received message it fixed. However rains show still blocked. Not surface leaves. Pipework must be blocked.
