Faded yellow lines and no enforcement

Reported via mobile in the Road Marking category anonymously at 03:15, Friday 10 March 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4296818.

These yellow lines are meant to protect junctions and prevent collisions - the yellow lines here are faded so much you’d struggle to see them. Vehicles owners now don’t care and park there anyway. Three days ago I requested an illegally parked car be ticketed by a passing enforcement officer which I am sure wasn’t done and can only assume it’s because they’re so faded the officer felt obliged not to.

The overlapping cars parked on the junction has also recently caused a collision and severe damage.

The junctions leads from Purbeck Gardens and the residential car park - it is incredibly difficult to leave the junction as it is now blind to oncoming traffic from both directions. Please re-paint and enforce, please!
