Permanent large puddle every time it rains

Afrer major work last year to remodel the Hayes St / Pickhurst Lane roundabout, this large puddle appears and does not drain away. Inconveniencing pedestrians with vehicle road spray every time a vehicle goes by.This puddle is also in the middle of the main pedestrian crossing point. This is unacceptable after the time and money spent on this remodelling work last year.
