Bus Stop Graffiti Problem

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4291178.

Where someone has scrawled black graffiti it has run down on the seating area. It came off on my finger when I touched it so anyone sitting on that area of the bench will get their clothes stained.
