This van lives around the corner, on Blanchland Circle, Milton Keynes, and has a driveway it can park on. Instead the driver chooses to park in the entrance to an adjacent cul de sac, Netley Court, causing considerable difficulties for delivery drivers or, potentially, emergency vehicles. On top of that, the van has a serious oil leak and has been polluting the environment for several months.
