Large dip in tarmac in road

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4288554.

I wouldnt call it a pot hole so to speak but there is a large dip in the tarmac in the road which seems to have appeared out of nowhere. I suspect due to the recent works that were being done here. If you cant see it, your car dips heavily into it. Please investigate.
