Drain has sunk

Pavement has a defect which is causing the drain to overflow half of the road on the corner of home bargains is underwater but with snow coming it’s dangerous it’s is also a nightmare as you can’t stand there to cross the road otherwises you get soaked but you cannot get a buggy or wheelchair down the other side of the street due to the car parking there
