Flooding across half of road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4287783.

Flood water has been in situ for a number of weeks.It is stagnant and smells. As there is no pavement pedestrians must walk in the road, due to the flooding there is no option but to walk in the middle of the road.
