  • This is not resolved, the street light is still not working so please change the status from fixed to in progress and actually fix the problem.

  • Once again this issue is still not resolved! What is the point of this system when the repairs are not carried out and yet the status still changed to fixed. The street light at the bus stop outside number 60 kings road tn16 3xx is not working and hasn’t been working, despite the status being changed to fixed twice, since at least January. Is it incompetence or just plain lying because it has to be one or the other.

  • We have investigated and identified there is an issue with the electricity supply for this asset. Bromley Council have contacted UK Power Networks and asked them to schedule works to restore this fault.
