  • The highway gullies at this location have been re- inspected and found to be functioning. Unfortunately, the issue in some areas during periods of severe and heavy rainfall is that surface water drainage assets can reach maximum capacity preventing rainfall from draining away quicker than usual from the road surface which can then cause problems from mild ponding to actual flooding of the area. If this issue recurs during normal rainfall, please raise under a new report and we will re-investigate with a view to arranging remedial cleansing works. This report is now closed on FMS
