This has been deteriorating for a long time and now poses a hazard to people using this section of pavement.

My Nabour no 45A and myself will not be going ahead with the crossover work owing to the cost and I was advised by the surveyor that if we did not go ahead I should report the damage which should be repaired by the council. Paul gramann no 45.

On my previous visit there were no issues that were of intervention, I will revisit and if there are now signs of intervention will act accordingly
