Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4282045.

When again have fresh graffiti on the walls under Wadham Bridge. Along the pathway wall. On the walls around Forest Community Centre (plus those which were not attended to last time). On the flank wall of the community centre. Can you please get your contractor to do a proper job, rather than just applying the thinnest coat of paint, which is a waste of time.
