Harm full van hangers

This van is a big hazard it has extended hangers which can be injured someone. I hit my head few weeks ago, it is long wheel base van and cover half of the footpath than extended hanger which can t be seen during night time. Driver do not live in this street he park here because easy to find parking here. It can be cause a major injury.
