Trespass and fly posting on my property

Reported in the Flyposting category by JD Metcalf at 23:03, Sat 25 January 2014

Sent to Ealing 1 minute later

Recently local estate agent, Castle Hill Property, attached their sign board to my fencepost when the house next door was put on the market. That constitutes trespass and fly-posting and is outside Ealing Council 'deemed consent' under Town and Country Planning Regulations. I am still having difficulty getting that message across to Castle Hill who say "no responsibility" and "we didn't know it was your fence". Can the council Planning Enforcement Department help me to get the message through to Castle Hill?
