I witnessed tonight - about 5pm, youths trying to set bushes alight in Priory Gardens (where the bench is on island, see picture) Orpington. After they left, another group went there. I went to see, and are burnt rags, and charcoal remains. Please cut back. Also, Ward must attend more regularly. Was there till 6.30pm. Gates were not locked.
