Unscheduled road closures with poor signage

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4277623.

Standard hill has ongoing road works permit for 2 way signals, today they have closed the road. The first notice of closure is at Frearson road. This is causing traffic chaos.
