Illegal parking

Several cars parked on double yellow lines only yards from traffic lights on both sides of the road. Makes this road only wide enough for 1 car. This is now the normal thing for this and causes problems if a truck parks at the lights, the road is then blocked. Apart from this double yellow lines are there for a reason.

    The cars are all still parked on yellow lines near some traffic lights. Nothing has changed. It causes an obstruction near the lights if traffic is going both ways as there's only enough room for one car through at a time
