Pavement extensively broken, large chunks of tarmac missing

Chesham Avenue. The pavement in this location has been getting extensively worse. Where there is tarmac this has broken away completely in places (outside no.17) leaving large holes, craters,loose stones, and very even surface. It is extremely difficult to walk safely and feel secure when using any sort of walking aid. The whole road generally suffers from uneven flagstones, tree roots, and broken tarmac. It has a large number of pedestrians using both the bus route and also accessing local schools.
