Cones in road preventing parking

The resident at number 15 is putting cones in the rod to prevent others parking in this area which is dedicated for permit parking. Along with this they park very irresponsibly to prevent others having spaces. This means others who live on the streets and have permits are struggling to park. These cones also pose as a hazard and obstruction

  • I think you need to speak to them about it. You could remove the cones and return them to the Highways Department since I doubt your neighbours own the cones, but they'll only get more.

    Maybe they have what they think is a genuine reason, like a disability. You could then tell them how to apply for a disabled space. If they don't have a genuine reason though, good luck. They sound like pr!cks!
