Feeding of birds all over shed roofs and floor in comunal courtyard everyday foodwaste ,bread etc,this has been an issue for over a year knowing that there is rat and pest priblems in the building

The feeding of pests,rats etc at ball Rd flats over the shed roofs and floors in comunal area, this has been an issue for over a year knowing we have a big problem with rat,pidgeons and seagulls

  • Not fixed over months later,this has now been reported to enviromental health at cardiff city hall last week hoping they might be able to address this problem as letters from council tenancy management didn't work.
