Pavement has lifted and cracked

The tree outside 73/75 Kingswood Avenue has very big rootstock and is lifting the tarmac which has now caused a ridge and has cracked causing a trip hazard. The council small pavement cleaning machine is not able to negotiate this area and moves onto the road for this part meaning the pavement never gets cleaned. Someone could easily fall here, especially after dark.
