Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4271145.

I raised 4221448 because you closed 3400260 with no update (which was itself raised because you closed a previous report without any resolution). Yet again, you've closed the latest report without adding any notes or sharing any updates. The pothole outside the vets/cafe remains. It's been repeatedly reported for at least two years. Please stop closing these jobs without adding explanatory comments and help us understand what is happening. Thanks.
