Parking on pedestrian crossing

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4268274.

4.10pm on 27/223 - 3 cars parked on double yellows on east park road where it joins st saviours road. One was on the pedestrian crossing - camera at traffic lights should have all three number plates Cars park here all the time which blocks free flow of traffic and causes chaos at junction. Many drivers also go through the lights on red
