An updated map position of the placement of the bollards on the grass. To give access to doors opening while getting in and out as disabled / electric wheelchair. So replaces ref 4259959. Map. Position of Ballards. Also linked to 4258324. / 4257701. Also linked to numerous SR codes illegal parking. Also linked to over 50 police IML reports and threats to life damage to my property and neighbors refusing me and my careers family access in and out of my own home and legally registered property drive as shown to James on site visit local highway officer. All agreed with him on day as a matter of urgency.
