Neighbours purposely parking a 7.5 ton truck opposite our driveway since Friday 24th after a parking dispute. I feel its illegally parked anyway, no sidelights on, parked 100% over a drop kerb, stopping wheelchair/pram access, and also within 10 metres of a junction preventing drivers vision.
