Double parked large vehicles at junction causing traffic issues

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4263532.

There is a large white van and a large 4x4 vehicle double parked at the end of a junction. This causes the entrance to the junction to become a very narrow single lane. Vehicles driving into the road are turning into it blindly and vehicles coming from the opposite direction can't see these vehicles.
