Car with disabled badge keeps parking on solid yellow line for over 2 hours causing obstruction to traffic

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4263108.

Although the car has a disabled badge it keeps parking on solid yellow line for a lot of the day and all night. Disabled badges can only park for max of 2 hours on solid yellow. The car is causing major problems for traffic and has nearly caused accidents with cars trying to get past in peak hours
