Several potholes in centre of mini roundabout

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4262549.

These potholes sit across the mini roundabout in what is a very narrow section already and causes people to veer away and are very dangerous

  • Is this ever going to get repaired?? The state of the roundabout and entire surrounding roads is very dangerous and causing huge problems on a daily basis for drivers and cyclists especially.

  • Thank you for your further comments regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

  • The potholes are still there! They are everywhere and the council are doing nothing to rectify. Whitehorse Hill is a complete mess. Clearly the council have run out of money or it’s sheer incompetence. Bromley council need to do better

  • Agree the state of the roads all over Chislehurst is a mess and has been for months and months now - not really sure why we are paying so much council tax as don’t seem to be getting any basic road maintenance /safety in return.
